Terms & Policies.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance must be paid before setup begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Last-minute bookings may require full payment upfront. Prices are subject to change for custom requests, hotel fees, travel fees, or additional setup time.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may result in partial or full loss of payment. POP THE ROOM BALLOON DECOR is not responsible for delays caused by hotel policies, venue restrictions, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Balloon designs and colors may slightly vary based on product availability.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to ensure access to the venue or hotel room at the agreed setup time, notify the business of any venue restrictions before setup, provide accurate room details and contact information, and treat rental items and décor carefully. The client accepts responsibility for any damages caused by guests, venue staff, or negligence.
Liability Agreement
POP THE ROOM BALLOON DECOR is not liable for balloon popping due to heat, sharp objects, weather, or handling after setup. We are not liable for allergic reactions to latex balloons or décor materials, or for damage caused after the setup has been completed.
Photo & Social Media Release
Photography of completed setups may be used for promotional materials and social media. Clients may opt out at booking — simply note your preference on the intake form and we will keep your event private.

Where do you deliver and set up?
We bring unforgettable setups directly to hotels, homes, vacation rentals, and event spaces throughout St. Cloud, Orlando, Kissimmee, and surrounding Central Florida areas — including near Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando Resort.
What is your deposit and payment policy?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking slot. The remaining balance must be cleared before our team begins setup.
What happens if a balloon pops after you leave?
While we use premium materials, Pop The Room Balloon Decor is not liable for popping due to room temperature changes, heat, sharp objects, or guest handling once the final setup is completed.
Can you work around hotel or rental property guidelines?
Yes! However, clients are responsible for ensuring our team has access at the agreed time and for checking venue restrictions prior to the booking date.
